The National Badminton Centre is so much more to the local community. And we open our doors every day to individuals, clubs and the local community to enjoy.

Situated beside the serene Lodge Lake in Loughton, the National Badminton Centre is home to the Inspire Health Club - a state-of-the-art public gym with modernised with new cutting-edge equipment coupled with fresh light, bright changing facilities for all to enjoy seven days a week.
The newly refurbished fitness suite and spin studios host a wide range of classes as well one-to-one fitness and wellbeing sessions.
Importantly, the Centre also allows you to combine work with rest and play. Working spaces are free to use throughout the week, the Shuttle Café and Bar will cater to the coffee-lover as well as those who need to hydrate after a workout or anyone who needs a bite to eat between meetings or simply wants to wind down with a drink after a long day in front of the laptop.
On site, we also host a popular three-star 25-room hotel and why not enjoy The Badminton Museum which is open to the public all year round. The museum is a small charity run by volunteers and celebrates the rich history of badminton in this country with exhibitions unlike any other.
This newly-renovated site is here for local businesses or remote workers, badminton court-users and gym-goers as well as anyone those who want to meet colleagues, share a coffee with friends or family, host a working lunch or enjoy a drink in the evening.
Inviting. Inclusive. Inspiring.
We are always aiming to deliver more to our community.
We look forward to welcoming you to the National Badminton
